Vipre installation failed during installer download

With both MDM policies set to not require a password, I'm not sure why the phone would indicate that the payload doesn't match the old payload unless it is because it comes from different sources.

It would be nice to use the WiFi configuration even if the password policy doesn't work but I am not sure anything is working properly on that phone right now. I would be curious to know if the error goes away when your remove the exchange profile and install just the VIPRE profile.

Force a passcode or wipe and reset the passwords. I believe to be connected to the Exchange active-sync, the phone has to use the Exchange mobile device profile. I don't think I would feel comfortable deleting the default mobile device profile from the Exchange server as I am not sure how that would affect access to the users email.

Since it doesn't provide any antivirus protection, the only function I lose is the WiFi configuration. Home Solutions Forums Welcome. Enter your search term here New support ticket. Check ticket status. Michael Lamczyk started a topic over 5 years ago. PNG John Watson said over 5 years ago.
