Felix B. This family owned business has always done great work and they are not expensive to boot! I would recommend them for any tailoring needs. Heather C. First of all, most of the people working the shop do not speak English very well, and they get angry when you ask them questions about the alteration. I dropped off a dress a week ago for an alteration for Prom that is next weekend, and I felt very rushed while the woman marked the dress for the hem. She began to measure it wrong, so I corrected her with what I wanted, and she seemed to get frustrated.
I picked up the dress yesterday, and I got there near closing time, so they rushed me out of the shop with the dress without letting me try it on. They said if I had a problem that I could call them and bring it back. I tried the dress on when I got home, and the dress was 3 or 4 inches too short. The woman assured me that the dress would touch the ground with my heels on, but when I put my heels on, you could see my whole foot because the dress was so short.
I drove to the shop on Saturday morning and of course they were closed until Monday. My prom is in a week, so I had to go out and buy a new dress otherwise I might not have had anything to wear. I am going to try to have them pay for the dress that they ruined, but I will post again once I see how this goes.

I have had several clothes tailored here because they are close to my house but they seem to always do them way too small. I took one pair of pants back to have them fix because they were very expensive and they were rude to me. Do not waste your time, take to someone who knows that they are doing.
