Feel like throwing my bench press n getting a multi purpose. Have tried multi gyms before it worked better than the bench press. Regret buying it.. This was so helpful! Hey man. So why not save money and get a bunch of free weights too??? It is nice having some of the stuff they have in a gym that you would have to be rich to get but??? There is a lot of it that doesnt take a mint. We have all those, in fact from wally world Walmart , solid dumbbells in a variety of weights up to 45 lbs. I have found the hardest part is just getting the damned motivation to do it and stick with it.

I sat down and tried one to try and make everybody happy. I found out later when the whatever-it-was started creeping down my elbow and ended up in my hand. The V. The best thing for my back is the wood pile. And I can just do so much, so mowing, working a saw or splitting, hauling and stacking gives me a purpose, not just exercise.

Please help me out??!! It just has to be dug out, uncovered, etc; and then determine how to use it. There is at least one body lift, a couple of bikes, a treadmill or two, plus free weights and I have seen what appears like it could be a weight bench. Some of it could be gotten to rather quickly, but some of it will be gotten to only when I work my way back to it.
And I actually found an anvil. Did you learn about removing washers online, if so what web address has this info? I looked a little but I also want to buy more plates to increase overall weight. Are you able to create a video of you physically demonstrating these workouts? Or do you know of one?
The problem with free things is you spend a lot on getting them going. Ponder points, Unc! I was trying to follow where the cables go but every time it went into ff it was all over, totally lost.
